    ** Priority **

Work around does not work since most apps have references to other Apps

    Thanks Team Podio

Hey Mark, we're working on a bulk delete functionality, can't give you a timeframe for it but I definitely see your case.

    Hurry-hurry. Do it. Do it.

I've just imported a load of bad data over clean data - that is already linked to multiple apps - and I need to clear the bad data as it's causing conflicts.

Lack of 'Undo' and 'Bulk delete' is a must if my company is going to keep using Podio.

    Please help!

    Best.

Hey Dan, I know this is not what you're asking about, but perhaps you can try the advice that is in the end of this article about Excel import: https://help.podio.com/entries/21684578.

It's basically about how to clone the app and try again, but that might not work for your case since you have app references.

    Thanks for the feedback,

    /Gustav - Podio

This is a deal breaker for us, without being able to either undo the last import or do a bulk delete we simply cant use the service. Please let me know if you can once this is available.

Hi, also waiting for the buld delete functionality, can not be that hard to implement. without this functionality it´s not really possible to have data control and a clean app. hope this will be implemented soon.

Deleting one entry right now is a 4 click process , is there any shortcut or do I just click, click, click and click for each of the bad entries that have gone because of import.

I agree that there needs to be a bulk delete function.  Put some check marks next to items in the table view and let users mark individual items and have a delete button purge those items with a "Select All" option.  It would also be nice to be able to recover deleted items for 7 days in case a user made a mistake.

It would also be nice to have an expiration on items (a feature of the app setup) whereby, for example, Podio would automatically purge items older than x days after Date Create or Date Last Modified.  Consider the recruiting app where you have hundreds of candidates submitting applications using a web form and a corporate policy that says items older than 1 year need to be purged.  Item retention seems like a great feature that would automate this while freeing up load on Podio web servers from users having to open individual items and click the delete button.

Im also a touch confused about the cloning and deleting the app etc,  especially as i need to delete some duplicate contacts and for some reason i have created nearly 300 identical but unlinked workspace contacts.  i am happy to know that i am not simply being an idiot though.

an update on bulk deletes would be really nice.

This is a major issue still, and all the work arounds have just continued to populate more items, lead to more deleted apps, lost app references and more

This is definitely a key addition to Podio - to keep track of our RSS feed, we have to periodically delete tons of non-relevant entries. Right now it's kind of daunting to delete each line one at a time....

Agreed - the delete process, system wide is cumbersome to say the least.  Our activity stream, tasks everything we work in is littered with old/useless information.   Help.

I can't believe this function is not available... When you manage 1,000s of contacts and companies, etc. deleting or editing 1 by 1 is just not going to work.

Like pressing the delete key on a highlighted item (as you can press the 'T' key to create a task).  Currently it is three or four clicks and navigations to delete an item.  Aghhhhhh.

Hey, trying to figure out if we should use Podio or a dedicated CRM and two things stop us form using Podio:

    1) Delete function (or lack of)

    2) Relation between apps, If I delete  e.g. a contact from one app, relation is not removed in the other
