    PodioView::get() will return the columns and their status, but only if you have made any modifications. If you haven't made any of the columns invisible everything is visible, "fields" will be empty and you can use a list of fields from PodioApp::get() or similar to see which fields are on the app.

    Andreas i i used podioApp:get() is there a way to sort the fields  by view ?

    I mean i realized that using: PodioItem::filter_by_view( $app_id, $view_id, $attributes = array() );

    Not only slow it also not working correctly - or at least not as i expected..  what i mean is i have to use a very high limit - to try and get all items that app has, and then going through them and building the fields array .. which is not productive .

    Is there a way to go with podioApp -> sort by view ?

     Thanks
