How can I depend one task on another?

Hi

I wants to see which tasks are depends on other tasks.

I wants my employees be able to depend a task to other tasks.

For example , in a project which has different tasks , some of them needs to be done first in order to let other tasks start!

or sometimes a task needs to be done after somebody else finishes his own task.

how can I do this?
