Is it possible to create sub-headers within an app?

I have created an app to gather the specific information our organization needs to collect when a new print project is requested. The app is comprised of an extensive lists of questions that could be better organized with sub-headers. However, I do not see where PODIO's building blocks provide the ability for me to create sub-headers. Can anyone help me figure out how to add sub-headers?

  I would also like to know if it is possible to make these 'sub-headers' or to organize items into folders.
  For example: I have a Notes app and I would like to organize them into different folders.
