Who do we view all tasks for all team members?

You'll need to use an app for your tasks in order to have that visibility. Podio tasks are meant to be more of a privately managed system, so an app would work best for you. Use a contact field to assign tasks to members of your team, and you can also use an app reference field to link those tasks to other items in your workspaces.

It should just be a case of creating an app in the App Builder.
Add a couple of text fields for details, Title, Description etc...
Then add one or two contact fields, first for the ticket creator perhaps, second for the person the ticket is assigned to.
Add an app reference field if you want the task to be shown on another workspace item (e.g. relate multiple tasks to a deliverable).
Perhaps a date field if you want to show the task in a calendar view.
Once created just add a new item in the newly create app for each task.

You'd want to use the app for tasks rather than the built-in tasks so you only have to enter it once, however that does mean that you won't have any tasks in your personal task list. To work-around that you could have each person add a widget to their Podio homepage showing a filtered (perhaps just their uncompleted tasks?) view of the app.
Alternatively if Podio could make the auto-tasks on app items a bit more configurable you could have a auto-task added to the item and set to the delegated contact, that way they'd have a task in their personal list linked to the task item that everyone can see (note this won't work without input/work from Podio).

With all due respect, but the suggestion to create an app is a workaround. We can delegate tasks to team members, and so it makes sense to create a functionality in Podio that allows a manager to see which tasks are allocated to a team member and which tasks a team member has outstanding. This is not a request for a workaround solution, but this is a feature request.

this is just absurd, this still isnt fixed? we have an employee who left the company. now i cant even find all his task any other way then checking up to 35 workspaces for different clients. the task arent considerd personal because they are highly visible in the workspace. why not add a feature that allows for editing tasks in bulk or at least an overview of the tasks of a single employee
