Unfollow all items from an app

How can I unfollow all items from an app? If just unfollowed an app, but I'm still following items in it, because I edited many of them.
Is there an easy way to unfollow all items from an app or space?

While it isn't a true resolution to this problem, I took the suggestion from Rainer Grabowski on 1/7/17 to leave the workspace and let invite you again (if necessary). That would "unfollow" you all items in the workspace."
Obviously, there is also the manual process of unfollowing each notification as it comes through, but the above solution was much quicker and incompassed all items in that workspace. It took all of 30 seconds to leave and get re-invited in and no notifications since I took this action over 3 hours ago. Normally I would have dozens or more in this time frame. I hope this work around works as well for some of you as it did for me. I still do not think there is an option other than manually unfollowing items in a specific App within a Workspace.

Sara, some of the problem with this "fix" of leaving the Workspace is that it isn't app specific. If I leave the workspace, I stop following all of the apps within it. I don't have the option to only unfollow some of the apps while being able to remain connected to entries in another. We have 13 apps in a single workspace and each app has 2500-4600 entries. Regardless if I manually "unfollow" the items in apps I am no longer wanting to follow, or I leave the workspace and then manually follow the items in the apps that I need, this is a very manual process and I believe Podio should still be working on true resolution rather than posting a work around.
