Email to app (sometimes) not working, why?
AnsweredFor one of our clients, I'm building an time tracking system using Podio. I want to use the API and Google Calendar. In short, people plan their activities using Google Calendar and than 'invite' Podio, using Email to App. My script (using a webhook) opens the attached .ics-file and uses that information to complete/correct the missing fields (start and end time, duration, etc.).
The problem is that not all e-mails end up as an item. Is there any way to investigate why the e-mails are not being added to Podio?

Hi Stephan - I recommend reposting this in our Developer Forums, since it involves the API. Our developers regularly check and respond to questions from there.

Yesterday, I set up a rule in Outlook to forward certain emails to an app in Podio. I tested it three times, yesterday, and all messages went through to Podio.
Since that time, We've received four new emails that match this rule, Outlook shows that they've been sent to the correct podio app, and the items are not showing up at all in Podio. I've double checked the rule, I've double checked that the items were forwarded from Outlook, and I've refreshed the app in podio. Nothing there.
