I want to create an invoice app which let me input the information that is needed to create invoices. But can I also print/e-mail it in a nice format so that I create the actual invoice?

The information would be entered in an app. But then i would need to be able to generate a document that i can send to the customer and that would be in invoice. But I would need to format it so it has a nice layout with logo etc... Can this be done?

I decided to start using freshbooks in order to invoice. Freshbooks has a link podio so that invoices can be made visible in podio. But freshbooks is not free .. It is a nice program though.. works well....
