What am I following?

Is there a way of seeing a list of everything that you are "following"?

This would be very handy as because you can selectively follow at various levels it's difficult to see the apps and items that you are attributed to.

  https://podio.com/notifications/viewed This seems to be best they have right now. You can break it down by mentions which is what I was looking for.

  That's not enough, really. Very hard to get an overall picture or drill down by workspace or by app.
  I've tried getting this information via the API, but so far the only way I've come up with would be to iterate through all workspaces, apps and items to collect a list for every user.
