Moving info from one Workspace to another
We would like to use 2 workspaces, one for Leads/Prospects and one for a CRM (Clients). Is there any way we could start with a client in the Leads workspace and then move them over to the CRM when they convert to being a client? Or will this have to be done manually?

I made a "Leads & Clients" app, and made a custom field. You choose if it's a lead or a client. After we get a signed contract in hand, we change them from Lead to Client. When you want to do a search for one or the other, just use a filter. :)
Maybe, you could update the status to client in the Leads/Prospects workspace and add a reference to a specific application from that workspace in the CRM one.
Even if this reference will have to be added manually, it will make it easier and you wont have to fill all your customer information again.

I've actually created 3 separate apps for this (Contacts, leads, and Sales). The contacts hold just the information about the client/company. The leads apps however has a reference field where I linked the contact to it and contains the information about the lead/product with a status of Lead or Sale. As the lead moves through the different stages of going from a lead to a sale I change the status as such, but when it becomes a sale I mark it from Lead to Sale in the leads apps and create a sale entry in the sale app which has the contact and lead references and the details on the final product.
