Adding a user to workspace not working

I have a client who has a new email address, so I need to create a new login for them to the workspace.

However I have tried to add them to a workspace several times but they never receive the Podio invite, nor does the new address appear as a new member of the workspace.

I can email them just fine with their email address.

Any clues?

Hi, I have a similar problem -  I've added the same user numerous times, but she does not show up in the workspace - other users have been added subsequently and show up without problems. What to do?

Yes, the client changing their email in profile did work, although Podio is still suggesting they set up their own organisation based on their old email address.

But not sure why I was unable to add a new workspace member - Podio could not have known this was the same person as the email is totally different name and domain. (I am workspace and workgroup Admin).

This must be a system bug. I have the very same problem. NO resolution suggested by Podio yet?
