This is crucial to know the context where the user is sending the webform !!  Would be great to have this possibility !

Yes, need this too, can't use embedded webforms until I know the URL from which the form was sent.

is this possible yet? if so how? if not i guess i could create (clone) a webform app for each page then have globiflow create a lead item and add a relationship to the web form item

    Hi William,

There still isn't currently a way to do this - great idea on the workaround!

Is there an update on this?  The posts are all from 5 years ago.

    Hi Larry,

My apologies about the feature not being available.

If I am understanding this concern correctly, we can only offer to have one webform available per application at any given time.

However, I can update our feature enhancement request for this in our database. This, and voting here, will ensure that your voice is heard.

    Best,

    Dana - Podio
