Hide non selected answers in questions

Hello, several of our apps use the question building block. When you are viewing an app entry, all the answer options for the question can be seen - is there a way of hiding the non selected options?

Personally I would prefer it if only the selected option was shown, and that all answers options are only shown when editing the item as this would make the page less bulky when you have alot of questions.

  Hi Hannah, we would like to keep the different options in there to provide inline editing, so that you can edit the answer just by simply clicking on it and not go into Edit mode.
