Is there any way to add a field that automatically generates an ID number starting at 1 and incrementing each time. This would be useful in apps for tracking issues / bugs / defects etc.

  We would love to use Podio...but at this point, the biggest roadblock is the inability to start the unique id numbering from a number we choose, as opposed to starting at zero.  We have multiple clients and the sequence of numbers has already been started.  We'd need Podio to allow us to just pick up from there, not from zero in each case.  Any timetable for this feature becoming available?

  I used the Bugs App on the App Marketplace and the Bug ID feature works: After I enter a new bug, viewing them will show a gray Bug ID: bug# (auto increment) on the top above even the first field. Perhaps the solution described above works behind the scene. Can someone point me to some more info on how to do that with the API? Thanks in advance.

  I have tough of creating items until my needed ID field is reached, and then delete everything. But in one of my apps my ID starts at 25000. That is a lot of items to delete...
