Organizations ordering

I don't get it how organizations get organized on the left side bar. By usage, date of creation, ...? Would it be possible to organize them as apps (drag'n'drop)?

    it would be also great if I could choose the order of the workspaces manually - so I don't have to work with numbers in front of the name like "0002 - ...." for different projects

    Hey Kamil, they're actually organized by how active you are in them. So the organizations that you're most active in will be on top. 

    It's a good suggestion to be able to re-arrange them yourself. I'll get that on to the team!

    yes, organizing by "most active" is not the best methodology... can you do as requested with the drag and drop? thanks and LOVE podio!

    Another vote for drag and drag or manual order.

    But PLEASE!!! Add the capability to "HIDE" organizations or at the VERY least "COLLAPSE" the workspaces

    Just think about it, do I really want to conduct a demo/training while showcasing my audiences I have other organizations such as "My personal investments" with a full list of areas as the title of each space?

    Similarly, I do not really want to show one group of my clients that I'm working for their competitors because I have their organization listed on my Podio list for all to see?!

     

    Please consider a speedy implementation of these features .

    @Caio, for one thing, you can (at least) collapse workspaces by clicking on the organization title. HTH.

    Are they really organized by how active you are? Is it activity within the last week, 30 days, 90 days, year?

    I only ask because they do not appear to be in the order I would expect (based on my own personal activity).

    Hey Tim,

    Yes they are organized by your activity. All activity within the last 30 days will count but again the latest activity will count more than activity 29 days ago. It is a bit complicated but it is automatically measured :)

    Mine have just flipped today. So the one that I am clearly most active in is now at the bottom on the left hand side and the one I am least active in is at the top with others that have not been active in for months just below this leaving the one I use the most at the bottom.
