Because of the new business/price model from Podio, I was forced to change my contracts.
Former contract was billing by year, but with the new price-model this was not acceptable to paid forward for a year for more customers ad once. Olso because of the monthly changing of amount of employees.
I have 5 contracts for different customers, in totaal 65 Premium-acounts a month.
So on advice of Citrix Podio Customer Support I cancelled the contracts and start a new contract and billing by month.
As I paid forward for a year for the old contracts, what means that there are months left in the old contract. I did not see a refund for the not using periods.
As this is a consequence from the new business model from Podio I suggest that there will be a refund of the former contracts.
It is a total off $ 800,00 I paid forward for coming periodes. And I pay now $ 1560,00 for the seem periodes!!!
