This was entirely a money grab, 100%. When they say "we improved functionality" and "provided an enhanced user experience" we are all well aware they are full of you know what. I understand the need to increase revenues, but backstabbing loyal customers that have been with you for many years, and brought many others onto the platform singing good praises...that's just not the way to go about it. Why not grandfather in all of the existing external users?
This was a very poor business decision and I'm pretty sure your customer-base unanimously agrees.
The Podio team better figure this out fast or I don't see them lasting too much longer.
Again suggestion: grandfather in all existing customers/external users to be free and allow the ability to edit.
