Our clients are struggling with the new update happened in the August 2023.
Client's access to change the status of the bug is now removed and its really difficult to communicate via tickets. Its real useless change happened in the system. I sent a request through some podio form long back. No one from the team podio ever reached to resolve this.
We already bought the plan for year and with change we have to pay more which is not acceptable. We have may clients till date who use podio and are comfortable with it.
If no one reaches, need to think of another management tool. Fast action expected.
