The new business model that was implemented completely screwed up our systems and process we have had in place with our clients for probably close to 15 years! To just make a change as you all did is ridiculous. I am being patient as i have been working with tech support but it does not seem like a solution is happening quickly. To make our CLIENTS into EMPLOYEES is so off base. The entire purpose of the software is for COLLABORATION and now a client cannot even do a simple task like hit an APPROVED status on an app or provide details or files within an app other than by leaving a comment. They can no long ad items, or do anything unless they are categorized as an EMPLOYEE where is the logic in this. If you are making this change how about creating a category for Client Admin (not employee) and charge a small fee if you need the extra $s but to charge the same amount as adding an employee is crazy. For instance if I have 10 clients that need to be able to have access to adding a project to an app that will cost me around $2480 a year extra than what i am already paying. I would think that Citrix would care a bit more about their long time clients and loyalty, but to just change things "out of the blue" as your tech support said was a destructive to our entire operation. I am being patient but you all need to know this was a big mistake and it does not sound like I am the only one affected here. I am open to hear any ideas or solutions please let me know. Juan from support has been great, but seems to have his hands tied on what he can help with.
