    I came here to ask the same question. All my users in my workspace have been changed to clients, but when I try to add another client, it will only add members.

    I cannot override settings in user's profiles as the admin either, to change their email address.

     

    I see Jason hasn't had an answer yet? What are we supposed to do here, submit tickets?

    Omg. This update is a disaster and I don’t think they explained it very well as I read all the articles leading up to it. I have things I need our clients to fill out, if you cannot create an item or anything, this defeats the purpose right?

    New update is a joke. we have tons of clients to go into our apps from time to time to click a button or subcontractors that we will assign jobs to and they accept them by just clicking on a button. Might be once a week once a month or once every few months, not enough to justify having to add them as employees. They have shot themselves in the foot this time. I am constantly praising and referring Podio to all of our associates, I can’t refer Podio now as one of the strong features was being able to have customers access certain items and apps.
