Why cant my customer access or fill in web forms anymore

    Did you get an answer, Greg? I was assured clients would have no trouble accessing web forms, and I'm setting up a major project right now with fingers crossed.

    No help from anyone at Citrix or Podio – but I did find out the reason for the loss of access.

    Previously we used the product for managing incoming requests from 4 customers, we paid for licenses for our staff to use the software; then overnight, with no warning, about 300 accounts of people from our 4 customers, could not access webforms – the reason was overnight, with no warning, Podio was now going to charge USD12 per user – ie: about AUD4,000 per month (yes that is right – nearly AUD50,000 per year)!

    I strongly suggest finding an alternative SASS product.
