Moving Potential Leads when they are Dead

Hello All:

I have about 1600 leads under one heading called Seller Leads. Some of them need to be removed from there to a completely different category, such as Dead or DNC type of thing. I can click on Dead but they don't physically move from Seller Leads. I don't wish to delete them, just move them. 

I appreciate your assistance!

  Hi Catherine,
  You can create different views to arrange your leads. Dead view will have only dead leads. In this way your lead will stay in the same Seller lead app.
  Secondly, you can create a duplicate item of same lead into another app (dead app) and then delete current item. This work can be done via automation as well.
