How can we count up the number of items of certain type that have relation with current item in a calculation field?

I basically have item1 and item2. Item2 has a relationship field to item1, how can I count, inside of item1, how many item2s have relation to the current one in a calculation field? I thought there would be something like "@All of related" but I can't find anything like that.
