Podio Changes Are Just a Way for Them To Charge More Money!
Super unhappy with the recent changes Podio has made to their "business model". I have been a paying user since 2017, and now my business partner and team members have such limited access to do anything in Podio, we pretty much are forced to upgrade our plan for more employee seats - which they are charging literally the same price for every single person you add. For 3 of us, I will have to pay triple what I paid for before, all before my previous annual prepaid subscription is done. This is completely unfair and a slap in the face to us loyal customers of Podio. They gave us barely any notice about this change, and should've let us finish out our prepaid subscriptions before making such a shady change. They are trying to get more money from us in a very sneaky way by saying this is better for the users of Podio. No it is not, it is better for the pockets of Podio, not for the users. I am unhappy about this and will be looking for other solutions for my CRM now. Shame on your Podio, shame on you!

We have been using Podio for more than 10 years.
It is becoming very difficult for us since for years we gave our clients the possibility of placing orders, and there are so many people that it is impossible for us to pass them all as paid users.
We are seeing how we can solve it.
