Looks like we just had the switch to employees/clients overnight. I knew it was coming and have been watching for it but I wish we would have been given a heads up that it was happening last night. Does this mean that anyone listed as a client today will not be able to create or update items?
Either way, I’m trying to make people who already have accounts reflect the correct “employee/client” category but people who were listed as an employee who don’t need to create or update items have the “Make client” grayed out so I can’t change them.
Everyone listed as a “Client” currently though can be changed to an “employee”
Is this an error or is there not a way to take and “employee” back to a “client”?
I still disagree with the terms employee and client – it is not taking into account the extent that your customer base uses Podio.
