Cannot adjust number of pay users.
Today I noticed that we are being charged for 3 users (paying monthly). When I navigated to page
Fine-tune your fixed price plan
It throw error when changing to 2 users.
The number of users as per your contract cannot be less than {number}
I contacted your support team. They tried but they cannot make the change.... same error they said.

Same here. We are an agency of two and can't downgrade.
Why should I pay for three users when only two seats are being used. And it's the second month I'm overpaying because the support didn't get back to me.
The pricing table says 14$/user and I don't see the requirement of minimum 3 users anywhere...
