Hi, we plan to use your workspace to support two individuals with a disability to be more independent by coordinating their care. Unfortunately 70 USD ($111.74 Australian is not an affordable/ sustainable amount). Sheree Henley Founder of Goodlife Builders suggested we ask you to reconsider a price that is affordable considering the use is not monetary based. I sent an email regarding this on Tuesday, August 15, and have had no feedback whatsoever. This is very disappointing and concerning given the amount of money and resources I've invested. I would like some follow-up to my query ASAP.

I have already invested a lot of money to set up and access your platform ( $2000, and still not actually using your platform)
