Workspace Member Role update hook

Presently, we have hooks in place for when a member is added or removed from a workspace. However, I believe it would be quite beneficial to introduce a hook for member role updates within a workspace. This addition would greatly assist us in monitoring and keeping track of changes within the workspace, enhancing our overall visibility and control.
