Improved troubleshooting for workflow automation
Dear Users,
This improvement is for our Workflow Automation offering available for Podio customers on Premium plan.
Now on your error logs, you will be able to identify exactly which step of your workflow has caused the error. To identify this,
- Open the Centralised Error Logs page in your workflow automation app
- Every new error would now have the "Step <Number>" mentioned at the end of the error line
- Come back to the respective flow by clicking on the flow link across the error line
- Click to edit the flow
- Hover over the action steps in the flow to see the corresponding step number shown as a tooltip
This helps you locate exactly which action step needs to be corrected when you have an error and is a huge value addition for troubleshooting experiences especially in long and complicated flows.
