Ability to limit # of URLs in a Link field

We get around Podio not having individual file fields by uploading a file to an item and then copying the file URL into a dedicated Link field (eg. a field for W-9, a field for agenda, etc.). Combination of Globiflow and our custom scripts can then execute lots of automated workflows; particularly ones related to document merging. A Link field can have multiple URLs. We safeguard against our folks accidentally adding more than one URL per dedicated Link field by having all of our code only pull the first URL. However, a minor but guaranteed safeguard would be an option to limit the number of URLs in a link field. Even "single vs multiple" like the Relationshp fields would work.
