How to customize the help texts in webform?

Hello,

I ain't sure if this is possible, but I'm trying to make the help text be a little more appealing and not in a single paragraph type. On my template, I actually put some new lines in it but on the actual webform, all the new lines are gone. Please refer to the screenshot:

I would like it to be:

Link to file - ....................

Instructions:
1. Copy and paste the link into a browser. Make copy of the file (File - Make a copy)
2. Rename the file with the format: Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial
3. Paste the link of the new file below

Podio team said that this is all on the CSS side but didn't actually specify what to do there. Hoping someone can lend me a hand here.
