Descriptions of Links

When adding a link to an item, I would love to be able to rename it or add a description, the way I can a bookmark in my browser. Possible to add?

  We do this manually now by having a description field and the URL field.  The Link field is nice but sometimes I do still need to see the actual URL so we just use a text field now.
