Using different tenancy templates

Hi, I'm looking to be able to create 2 tenancy templates. One for commercial properties (that need to contain different information ) and one for residential.

Right now I use one template however it now contains uneccesary information thats irrelevant for residentials.

  Hi Ashling!

  Are these templates Apps within your workspaces? If so, I would suggest creating a custom App that has all of the information you're looking for. If you are unfamiliar with creating and customizing your own Apps, we have a great video here: https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/201019278-Creating-apps-

  I would do App A (Res Tenancy), App B (Comm Tenancy), and App C (Tenants). I would include App C as a relationship field on each App A and B. Best of luck.
