New GlobiFlow SMS Integration: ClickSend

Today we’re introducing a new GlobiFlow integration: ClickSend for SMS. Instead of purchasing SMS Credits from GlobiFlow (and then GlobiFlow purchasing those credits from ClickSend), you can now integrate with your own ClickSend account to send SMS from GlobiFlow.

This release is part of a phased approach to remove remove the built-in SMS GlobiFlow integration. Starting December, you will no longer purchase SMS credits from GlobiFlow and will be required to integrate your own ClickSend account to send SMS from GlobiFlow.

Any previously purchased or comp credits are still available for use. For more information please see the help article here:

I setup my ClickSend account and purchased a dedicated number that I would like to use with my globiflow. I completed the integration and followed the steps in the article but my texts are still being received at a random number. What do you suggest I do to solve this issue? This is what my flow currently looks like;

Hi there,

I get the feeling that maybe your account is using the credits you had previously purchased first and will then switch over to using the dedicated number after all the other credits have been used. 

Can you please turn in a Globiflow support ticket so that we can take a further look?
