We have multiple fields that contain repetitive codes and it would be such a HUGE time saver and increase accuracy when reporting if that field could be pre-populated. Ideally from a spreed sheet or central source that could be updated easily.

Podio already does this for its "members" field and contacts fields, just need to be able to prefill them rather than manually entering hundreds of details.
