Can Podio be used as a Helpdesk?

Does anyone in here use Podio as a helpdesk tool??
I currently use Zendesk but actually want to create a client portal where clients can submit helpdesk tickets to me using a Helpdesk@ email address and then I want to be able to issue tasks to them when I have jobs I need them to do.
I have installed the Issues App and am playing with that at the moment!

Hi Lisa,
We are actually currently using a Podio app for the GlobiFlow help desk, so I can confirm that it's possible :) You would need GlobiFlow (or you would need to have a developer build similar functionality using our API) to handle sending and receiving emails with the requester, as well as for any other automations you might want (such as setting a ticket status to Open when a reply is received).
