Calendar filtering in Exporting and Workspace Calendar View

In our Marketing workspace, we have tons of calendars in our workspace. It would be nice if we could turn certain calendars on and off in the Workspace Calendar. So for instance, I want to see our Advertising calendar, Social Post calendar and Deliverables calendar items all on 1 calendar view but NOT our programming calendar (which has thousands of instances) or our Promotional Plan calendar. Is that a possibility? iCal does this with the ability to turn calendars on and off. For now it seems I have to export all my Podio calendars to iCal and turn calendars on and off like this (which seem cumbersome for how awesome your platform is that we couldn't do this in our Workspace Calendar).

Along the same lines, it'd be nice if you could just export 1 view from a calendar to your external calendar. For instance, 3 of us want to keep our schedules in one Marketing Team Schedules app so people can see what we're working on, etc. In this app, we have our default view set to just things we're invited to. Yet if we wanted to export that calendar to Outlook, it will export ALL calendar items - including each other's schedules and meetings that we're not necessarily involved in. Will you consider this feature?

  Hi Beth! This is definitely worth considering. You are right that there isn't currently a way to show specific apps in the workspace calendar, so for now the only real way to do that would be to export them all to iCal or another calendar like you described.

  +1 for both!

  At first sight one could use the priority field as a simple filtering tool (described in dev docs), but in the default calendar app template, there is no such field.
