I have several phone numbers from a real estate related direct mail campaign. In many cases I just have a phone number from calls that hang up. I need an app that lets me dial the person, and fill in the details as I get them. Then set a follow up date and be reminding of it. Also, I would like the ability to assign or share the leads with other people so they can help me call.
I have tried creating my own app and I have installed the seller leads app but I can't get it right. I have imported my data, and gotten new calls to Goggle voice to be emailed and put into the app automatically. But the workflow is horrible and I still use my Excel spreadsheet (which is bad to). I hope it's that I have not figured it out yet.
Here are the limitations I have found.
I don't know a way to work through the leads systemically. They all show on the leads screen (or contact screen) but it's hard to know which where worked. I can't find a way to sort by a followup date. It would help if I could create a task or calendar entry for Today, and they would show until I called them. Then when I change the followup data it moves to a task or calendar entry on that date. I could just work from a task list or the calendar.
I have not found a way to assign some leads to others. I can share the workspace and other can see all leads. But then I have to rely on people calling the right ones.
For now, I use Excel and each caller has a tab. Then I email them just that tab (buy pasting into a new worksheet). They call, enter the followup date, and keep it shorted by followup date.
I currently have the free account but I don't mind paying it there is a solution.
