Suggest that in future iterations of your software, admin should be able to edit any contact’s profile, whether employee, external user or contact.
It’s strange to me that as the main account admin/account holder, I can’t currently do this. Having used systems like this on both Mac, PC and online for many years, I have always had full editing rights. I understand that there is a data protection/confidentiality issue, but surely the admin person should be able to amend all elements of the system? (Given that we are paying for it!)
