Billing, Users, External user
I have had issues with billing for several months. First I started using the free plan, then I added the premium one. I am used to the standard procedure in the internet community where you have a pop-up window when a charge will apply.
I created a few testing environment for myself, to interact with each other, and after a few months, I noticed I was being charged for up to 3 users, 24x3.
I have sent pictures, changed email (for company email) and a refund was never offered. So I am planning to stop by your office to request a refund. It did not work on Facebook, it did not work o many emails, so I will try to solve this in person with the Owner or CEO. I will also take the opportunity to suggest good web practice where when you are going to stick your hands in someone's pocket, you say so.
Podio is the only organization where you are charged and you have no idea that there is a charge. That is the reason people created CART, the final payment, double confirmation, etc. But, not with Podio.

So, my question: external users. How to share information with external users without adding a user? How many users for the premium? It says up to 5 for the free version, but as soon as I add (or invite) to share app with premium acct, one user is added to my billing account.
Very discouraging procedure.

For what I know, once you purchase a plan, you do it for the organization, not for your profile. This mean that all "staff" you add will cost the same price that the plan you choose. Free plan is up to 5 users, but once you have purchased a plan, all user goes on this plan. So you start to pay for everyone.
About external user, you must be sure that you have a domain registered in Podio to not pay for them. Just chat, call, or email them and they can help you on that.
