Podio Excel Import and Key Fields

Hi, I would like to be able to import a spreadsheet, and using the Property Address as the key, update the Seller First Name, Seller Last Name and Seller Address.  As you can see in the screenshot, I don't have the option of using Property Address as a key for my update, only Seller First Name and Seller Last Name.  

I'm wondering how Podio determines the key fields, and if there is anything I can do to overcome this?

  Firld type of addess can be the reason. What is Field type for address? Is it Text or Location?
