tracking time spent on tasks per client

    If you add a Duration field, your staff can input the time per project.  I'd setup a different App for them and have a relationship back to the project.  That way you can add as many time sheets as you'd like per project.  Then just pull a filtered report each month by client.  You can also specific that the date of each timesheet item be within specific dates.

    There are plenty of pre-built Apps in the store for tracking time as well.

    I guess it is not possible. Podio tasks are designed for quick to-do's for you and your team. For anything bigger, we recommend using an Actions app.   More details at following link.
