    Hi Radek - does sorting by "Last Activity" not do what you need exactly?

    Most likely yes :-) let me test it. Thank you. Radek

    Bill, it does what I want but I also want the field that the sorting is done on to be displayed. Is that possible?

    Yes, just select that field in the options.

    there are only "Created On" & "Created By" fields I can select. I suppose none of them is the one I need.

    Hi Radek,

    add a calculation field to the app and enter all field names like

    //@field1 @field2 @field3
    moment().toDate()

    Every time a field changes this date/time will be shown in this calculation field (not for comments). You can filter and sort by this calculation field.

    Hi Rainer

    thank you for your comment. I am especially after comments. That's the way how we communicate both internally and externally.

    Is there any kind of trigger that is fired once comment is added?

    Thank you

    Radek

    Globiflow can trigger actions when a comment is added to an item: http://www.globiflow.com/help/trigger-on-new-comment.php

    so, Podio itself doesn't offer such functionality?

    If Globiflow can have there must be some API or something available ....

    Right, Globiflow uses the public Podio APIs.  In this case I think that Globiflow just inserts a webhook for comment events into specific apps.
