Calculation Field calculating as "negative" output for the field

Hi I'm creating a calculation field for assigned profit with a formula of Final Gross Sale Price - Contract Price - FindersFee

But when ever final Gross Sales Price is empty it returns with a "-" value what should be the best strings to use for this calculation:  If Final Gross Sale Price field is empty put 0 if not calculate Final Gross Sale Price - Contract Price - Finders Fee

I tried IF(IS_EMPTY([Final Gross Sale Price]), 0, [Final Gross Sale Price] - [Contract Price] - [Finders Fee]) and ([Final Gross Sale Price] = "" ? 0 : [Final Gross Sale Price] - [Contract Price]) but I just can't make it work. Thank you in advance

  HI,

  for checking if a field is empty: if field == null (not == ""). And always use == not   =  for a comparison

  @Final Gross Sale Price == null ? 0 : @Final Gross Sale Price - @Contract Price
