In Workflow Automation, use the Comment Match filter in any New Comment type flow to trigger a flow on a Podio Comment that does or does not match a phrase or word.
Set the filter so that the Triggering Comment is "Equal To", "Not Equal To", "Contains" or "Doesn't Contain"
For example, when using a Help Desk App with flows to send and receive emails in the Comment section, you may wish to be able to discuss tickets by comments that are For Office Use only as well. In this case, you would want comments that start with FOU to not be sent to the customer.
Using the Comment Match as a filter condition, trigger the Help Desk - Send Email Response flow only when the Triggering Comment does not contain "FOU".
