With WorkFlow Automation you can generate a Contract from your Podio data, and then send it on to a contact to get a legally-binding signature via your RightSignature account.
Connect RightSignature
The first step is to connect your RightSignature account to Workflow Automations. Go to the Account page, scroll down to the Integrations section, and click on Connect next to the RightSignature version are on.
This will take you to your RightSignature account to authorize the integration access.
Build the Flow
Now that we've got RightSignature connected, let's build a flow on Workflow Automation to generate our Contract and Send it for Signature.
In this example, we're triggering a flow when the "Command" category field is changed to "Generate Contract". It then gets the related details from Leads app, creates the PDF contract, and then sends it via RightSignature.
We also want to capture the event when the contract is signed. For this, there is a new Flow trigger:
And we'll create a flow to change the contract item status to "Signed" as well as enter a comment when the contact has signed the contract.
The Result
Now, when I click on the "Generate Contract" category field on an item:
GlobiFlow generates the PDF, attaches it to the item, and sends it for signature via RightSignature:
The contact will receive an email notification from RightSignature with instructions to sign the document:
And when the contact has signed the document, GlobiFlow will update the status of the Contract Item in Podio and add a comment to show that it's been signed:
Update
On the signed event flow, GlobiFlow now attaches the signed PDF from RightSignature on any "Update Item", "Create Item", or "Create Comment" Action.
