About the App Pack
This article provides information and setup instructions for the RightSignature App Pack published on the Podio App market. The App Pack is a fully-functional system for managing the collection of electronic signatures on Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) documents. It includes the Podio Workflow Automation (PWA) flows that integrate with RightSignature. While the App Pack is built for NDAs, it can be adapted to support a variety of different eSignature workflows.
Installing the App Pack and Flows
This App Pack requires Podio Premium with Podio Workflow Automation (formerly known as "Globiflow"). After installing the App Pack from the App Market, you will need to refresh within your PWA console. Note that you must refresh PWA after installing the App Pack, and before making any modifications to any app in the pack. If you make any changes to apps before refreshing in PWA, the flows for that app will not install.
If you have installed this pack into a workspace that is within a Podio organization on Podio Free, Podio Basic, or Podio Plus, you must upgrade your Podio organization to Podio Premium first, and then reinstall the app pack.
Connect your RightSignature Account with Podio Workflow Automation
You can connect any existing RightSignature account to Podio Workflow Automation in the Account Details Page:
Alternatively, if you want to track when an eSignature request has been viewed (but not yet signed) by a recipient, you can take a more advanced approach. You can set up a RightSignature (Advanced or Professional plan, or higher) account using the email-to-app address of the RS-Tracking Podio app included in the App Pack. Note: The email-to-app address is based on your Podio organization name and the name of the app. You will need to re-create a new account in RightSignature if you change the name of your Podio organization or the RS-Tracking app
Usage of the App Pack
The Non-Disclosure Agreement app included with the App Pack is where documents are generated, sent for signature, and tracked for status. By default, the app includes two merge fields. Additional merge fields can be added if needed to customize the workflow. The included flow "2-1 Generate Agreement .pdf" can be modified to include the additional merge fields in the PDF route for eSignature.
