Our main channel for support is our ticketing system. You can submit a ticket and someone from our team will usually get back to you within just a few hours.
For self-help, the question mark icon in the top blue bar lets you search our help center from directly within Podio. The suggested articles here are contextual based on what you are viewing (e.g. if you are modifying an app, the "How to modify an app" video will be listed first).
For live training, we offer a few options:
- Local training and support through a Podio partner
- Partner requests for advanced implementation projects and custom builds using the Podio API
