Workflow Automation is an advanced automation tool available on all Podio Premium organizations.
You can automate key tasks and set up triggers for essential time-sensitive actions. It is so comprehensive that you are able to turn Podio into a much more sophisticated and dynamic business management system.

To get started simply go to Workflow Automation website, click "Login" in the upper right, and login with your Podio credentials.
Note: only the contract owner for your organization will have access initially.
If you are the contract owner, you can add additional users after logging in via the "Account" page at the top of the Workflow Automation website. From there, find the "Additional Users" section, and add members from there.
Each user you add here will have access to add and edit your company's automated flows in any workspace where they are listed as an administrator.
