- Use the Excel import tool to bring in historical CRM data into your Podio apps.
- Use Workflow Automation to create cause and effect scenarios that match your process. For example, define a workflow so that when a Deal closes, tasks are assigned to specific team members. Sample workflow automation flows are included in the Sales Management App Pack.
